Key Summary

We're Constellation AI. We're making human-centered technology dedicated to improving life and we've built MiM, a new kind of digital "companion". If you're reading this, you're probably thinking of using it and want to find out more about our policies on your privacy.

Here's the lowdown

You’ll be interacting with MiM, our conversational AI application, with the goal that it will grow to understand you. The more you talk to MiM and share your day-to-day thoughts, the more it will get to know you; helping you to make better decisions, evaluate and get the very best from life.

So, what will we do with your data?

We train our AI systems with information on how people use it, but don’t worry, it’s all completely anonymous. It’s just to ensure we can keep on improving our services and functions.

Special categories

It’s the detail that makes you special.

Your health and sexual orientation, individual religious and political beliefs are some of your “Special Data Categories”. It’s sensitive information and we are ready to protect it; however, we can only store and process it lawfully if you give your explicit consent.

You can use MiM without talking about these aspects of your life, but we can’t predict how your conversations within the app will unfold and for this reason we will ask you to consent at the time you sign up with MiM.

We will never, ever use your personal data in a way you would not expect (that’s just not how we roll).

We've made serious commitments to using our technology for good, and that means we will never profit from your personal information.

No ads. No data sales. We promise.

Of course, you can delete your MiM at any time. Just uninstall it. If you want confirmation of all your personal data being deleted, email us at: privacy@constellation.ai. You can also find our contact details on this website.

Our full Privacy Notice below will explain more about the data we process and why, the legalities and your rights.
